Our Commitment

At Meshira, we are dedicated to delivering a high level of customer service to ensure your complete satisfaction. Every item undergoes a thorough quality check before it is shipped. However, in the rare case that a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may return the item unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact, within 48 hours of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Please Note:

  • Slight variations in color may occur between the product images on our website and the actual item received.
  • Items embellished with sequins, beads, or other delicate elements may shed or come loose despite careful handling.
  • Certain fabrics may bleed color or shrink due to their natural properties.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We do not offer any guarantees on our products.
How to Initiate a Return
Simply email us at info@meshira.in with the following details:
  • Your full name
  • Contact number
  • Order number (again in the body for clarity)
  • Barcode number(s) of the item(s) to be returned
  • Clear photographs of the product(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Once we receive your email, we will send you the shipping details for the return.
Before You Ship the Item(s):
  • Ensure items are packed neatly in their original condition with all labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
  • Follow the shipping instructions provided in our return email.
Refund Conditions:
Refunds will be processed only if:
  • Items are received in unused and original condition.
  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • No modifications or alterations have been made to the product.
  • The return is approved at the sole discretion of Meshira's management.
Refund Process:
If your return is approved:
  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 4 working days.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to keep the refund as store credit (valid for 2 months) or exchange for another item of the same or higher value (by paying the difference).
Return Shipping Costs:
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
