I ordered sarees online and had the blouses stitched and false add to the sarees. I received the package in excellent conditions. All sarees and blouses were beautiful. I simply love them and can’t wait to wear them. Only thing is the materials for 2 sarees which I am a bit disappointed. They are cotton type and I thought they were silk when I was ordering them.

Blouse was tooo gooood. Fit was perfect.. every one liked the design and they were surprised to know that you delivered the blouse in a day❤ thank you.

Terrible experience and overpriced !!!! The initial experience of online shopping was good, but very very poor after-sales customer service. No refund in case they deliver us the wrong product. And the worst is, they do not answer our phone calls, or answer to our texts to address our problems. I was asked to pay about 4000 for a jamdani sari, and when i received, it was a cheap machine embroidered sari and that too, a totally different colour from what i asked for. They ignored all my texts and phone calls and finally said, we will exchange, but won't refund, we will keep it as credit with them. How smart!!!! AGAIN, 5 saris that they sent me were wrong ones, different from what i ordered!!!! and same story, not answering calls and texts. You will be promised linen silk, made to pay for linen silk and then what will be delivered to you will be just linen... Just an overpriced fraud enterprise... I would NEVER NEVER recommend this online platform to my near and dear ones. Terrible experience!!!!!
