I have two beautiful kanchipuram sarees. Beautiful collection, huge catalogue, awesome customer service. From order to deliver and after delivery too - every aspect was communicated, all my questions were answered, always gave me options to chose from. Very polite and respectfully handling a customer.I will definitely shop again in the future.

I swear, this was a very pathetic experience ever, her name is Rajshree, when I ordered she was so good, I wasn't knowing she did fraud to me, it was for my big day man, initially was all good, honey was dropping from her. Now when I visited chennai I got to know the reality, she cheated me for 15k ,firstly I told her my budget 30k (for my wedding gown), when I went to shops I got to know the real rate, the cloth she used the cloth was of cost 800 per mtr and she mentioned me 1800.Later whn I asked her All her pole was open, she was like now I should tell my petrol payment too, ohkay Now apart from all those she told that she used 11m cloth but we also have brain she used max 6m , anyhow I struggled there a alot,i wanted a princess gown n she gave me a simple (she might be ordered only 7 m but just to tell me she told 11m managing the payments,so that i may not feel overpriced, cheap strategy) n her tailor is not so professional, I have never seen a greedy woman like her.I cried by looking at my dress seriously,how far a person cn go doing all these rubbish with someone I know business has to run but doing these kind of fraud.

Terrible experience and overpriced !!!! The initial experience of online shopping was good, but very very poor after-sales customer service. No refund in case they deliver us the wrong product. And the worst is, they do not answer our phone calls, or answer to our texts to address our problems. I was asked to pay about 4000 for a jamdani sari, and when i received, it was a cheap machine embroidered sari and that too, a totally different colour from what i asked for. They ignored all my texts and phone calls and finally said, we will exchange, but won't refund, we will keep it as credit with them. How smart!!!! AGAIN, 5 saris that they sent me were wrong ones, different from what i ordered!!!! and same story, not answering calls and texts. You will be promised linen silk, made to pay for linen silk and then what will be delivered to you will be just linen... Just an overpriced fraud enterprise... I would NEVER NEVER recommend this online platform to my near and dear ones. Terrible experience!!!!!
